Ola Tjornbo McConnell Fellow at SiG@Waterloo. Research and practice interests include how social innovators are combing the goals of environmental protection and community economic development to build overall sustainability.
Michele-Lee Moore PhD candidate in Global Governance at the Balsillie School of International Affairs and a McConnell Fellow at SiG@Waterloo. Research interests include global environmental governance, networks, social innovation, and the mobilization of different forms of scientific knowledge into policy and practice.
Katherine McGowan PhD candidate in the Department of History at the University Of Waterloo and a McConnell Fellow at SiG@Waterloo. Interests include community-level political engagement among Native peoples in the early 20th century.
Sean Geobey PhD candidate in Management Sciences at the University of Waterloo and McConnell Fellow with SiG@Waterloo. Research interests focuses on how to integrate different perspectives in group decision-making, an approach which has concrete applications in social finance, policy development and resource-allocation within coalitions.
Jaclyn Blacklock PhD candidate in Work and Health at the University of Waterloo and a McConnell Fellow at SiG@Waterloo. Primary research interests include the mitigation of the deleterious effects of workplace psychological stress on health through various stress coping techniques including leisure coping.
Nino Antadze PhD candidate in Planning at the University of Waterloo and a McConnell Fellow at SiG@Waterloo. Her research concerns municipal solid waste management, with a focus on Ontario.
